Beginners Swahili from a fluent non-native speaker.

I started learning Swahili in 2011 when I moved to Kenya. I was fluent by 2014 and now it's time I started helping others start their journey to Swahili fluency.

The class will develop at your pace.

I am a qualified PE and Irish teacher, currently living in Kenya.I have experience in the following areas:
Running Coach
Cycling coach
Strength and Conditioning coach to runners and cyclists
Neuromuscular therapist
Irish teacher

I am also a fluent Swahili speaker.

Classes will be designed according to each student's needs.

In this online Pilates class, I will demonstrate and explain Pilates exercises.

You will then perform the exercises and I will give appropriate teaching points, corrections, modifications etc.

Pilates exercises can help you to improve your posture and core control.
