I will gently guide you and give you variations to ease or intensify your practice and accompany you safely as we evolve together.

I am a Vinyasa Yoga teacher based in Amsterdam.
I started experiencing yoga 8 years ago whilst still working in Communication and Events for big companies. In 2016 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a mastectomy. Whilst still recovering yoga helped me find flexibility back in my upper body through breathing and conscious movement. After having had 8 surgeries I was able to bring balance back into my life by focusing on the journey and the intention behind each movement. The destination is not the final pose but the sensation one feel in their body.
I am now a 200Hrs certified yoga teacher, Gravity Yoga instructor for flexibility and Trauma Sensitive Informed teacher that works with the body and the mind as a whole.

I combine flexibility, strength and breathwork to deepen your balance and reinforce your inner self.
I can give powerful classes or more gentle flow but will always work to adapt to the need of your body in all safety and awreness.

But working on the hips can be very useful to release facial and jaw tension, tap into femininity and release stored negative emotions of fear and shame. Classes are sensitive to trauma and can be very good to reestablish a connection to an often forgotten (female) body, but also to cultivate compassion, forgiveness and clarity.
