Hi! Bonjour ! I'm Zoélie, I'm 22 years old and I'm from France. I've been an au pair in Davis for a few months and I'm looking to offer my services as a French teacher for children who would like to learn the basics of the language. I base my lessons on topics, one topic for 2 lessons. The topic are chosen according to the tastes of the student and the interest of the vocabulary learned. (example: universe, flowers, colors, school, everyday life, sports, ocean, car ...) lesson 1/2 is used to discover the topic and learn vocabulary, grammar, sometimes spelling and verbs, while following the topic. Then lesson 2/2 is used to review the important points and to remember the vocabulary learned in lesson 1/2. I invite you to complete around ten topics to be comfortable with basic French vocabulary. (I also adapt to students based on their level of French already acquired) Lessons can be done at home or in quiet public places (coffee and tea place, library, etc.) I have experience with children and also in teaching.
