I am a certified American teacher (real teacher certification - not TEFL) with 20 years of experience teaching in Korea, Japan, the Philippines, and Indonesia. I teach English Literature with the IB Diploma Program for grades 7-12 and also am a university counselor. I am an outstanding writing teacher and can teach grammar effectively. I also have a great deal of experience helping students with TOEFL test preparation and university application essay writing. I can tutor other subjects, including history, sociology, biology, IB Theory of Knowledge, etc. I can teach students of all ages, but I prefer middle and high school students.
