This is a class for all kind of dancers. It includes basic jazz and ballet technique, Choreography, Stamina, Strengthening and Flexibility. Discover your body and expand your skills. It is open to dancers of all styles (classical, street styles etc.). The classes include theoretical parts, too, for history, myology and anatomy (adjusted to the age and interest of the learner).

I choose to use the English language during the class. I try to explain everything in English, even if I speak the learners mother tongue. In my teaching experience I found that the learner needs first to get familiar on the new grammar phenomenon, or new word, through a lot of different examples and then learn the "rules". I tend to avoid a lot of homework, but in the more advanced learners, sometimes, you can't help it. That's why I prefer to use only the English language during the class, even if I speak the learner's mother language.

Greek is one of the most ancient languages in the world, followed by a huge civilization, which influenced a lot the way we think and live today.
