I have a high knowledge of Chinese culture and its customs, having traveled to different cities in China on two occasions, and learning first-hand from important teachers and sharing the day to day with them. I have experience as a Tai Chi and Chi Kung workshop for older adults with different cognitive conditions, focusing mainly on its therapeutic benefits. I approach my classes with a methodology that adapts to the objectives and needs of the student. We always start the class with a warm-up in which global exercises (organic conditioning and joint mobility) are combined with elongation and stretching exercises. Subsequently, the work of specific techniques (individual and joint) of the discipline is integrated with physical preparation to enhance them. Finally, exercises are carried out to calm down before the end of the class.
