Hello. I'm Joel, and I'm an engineer from America living in Tokyo.

I have many years of tutoring math and physics at the high school and college levels. I know how important these subjects are for everyone, no matter what career they choose.

I like to keep my lessons fun and relaxed, and will work with you wherever your skill level is. I think understanding the logic behind problems is valuable and tend to focus my lessons on that.

I earned my master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, one of the top engineering universities in the United States, in 2018. I spent 5 years working as a systems engineer in California before moving to Tokyo with my family.

Student in the Grande École d'Ingénieurs (National School of Roads and Bridges, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials). I am currently doing a double degree in the Department of Aerospace at the University of Tokyo.

With nearly 4 years of experience in the field of home schooling (via the Legendre or private courses organization, some with LFIT students), I offer tutoring in several scientific subjects for students from the 6th to the Terminale.
