My teaching style is dynamic and rooted in compassion, with a strong focus on alignment and biomechanics. Over six years of teaching and trauma-informed training, I’ve learned that yoga is a deeply personal journey—its appearance and impact are unique for everyone. I encourage my students to practice self-compassion, listening to their bodies and honoring their limits rather than forcing poses or practices that don’t feel right. By blending precise instruction with empathy, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone feels supported. My goal is to help students build a sustainable practice that nurtures both body and mind.

With just some space at home, join me in an hour of looking after your body, mind and soul. With my 200 hour Yoga Teaching qualification and hours of teaching in University under my belt (or mat!), you can rest assured you will be well looked after.

Hello, I would be delighted to introduce you to 'joint-gentle' exercises that will allow you to sculpt yourself AND solicit your deep muscles WITHOUT damaging your joints. My clients are happy athletes who practice my knee friendly techniques and who see impressive results. Results and a more serene state of mind. At each lesson, I offer a mindfulness meditation in which I transport you to the world of dreams.
I also offer stretching classes, LIA (low impact aerobics) as well as muscle strengthening classes.
I am a state graduate - BPJEPS French.

different asanas or postures harmonized with breathing are practiced,
