The Hoop is a wonderful fitness and dance tool and easy to fall in love with! Moving with it can improve your fitness and strengh, your creative expression, your self esteem and dance skills.

Depending on your personal goals, my live online classes focus on dance or fitness movements. This way or the other, I will create a fun and structured practice for you. The class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students, with advanced options for experienced hoopers, including multihoop variations.

Each session follows a clear structure so you can feel guided, safe and progressively challenged:

1. Warm-Up
Gentle full-body warm-up to mobilize joints, activate the core and prepare the body for hoop movement. We focus on coordination, balance and flow.

2. Technique & Skill Development
Step-by-step hoop technique, starting from foundational movements and gradually building complexity.
Advanced students receive layered variations and optional multihoop techniques, while beginners work on solid basics.

3. Choreography & Flow
We combine learned techniques into a short choreographic sequence. The focus is on fluid transitions, musicality and personal expression rather than perfection.

4. Cool Down & Integration
A calm cool-down with stretching and breath awareness to release tension and integrate the practice.

I am a movement artist and instructor teaching Hoop Flow, dance-based movement and Yoga. Since a very young age, I have been dancing classical Ballett and started to go on stage with theatre and dance productions. Since 2012 I work as a professional circus artist, movement teacher and fire performer. As I love sharing my skills, I studied Science of Education.

My Yoga background includes a Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, and continued education in Workplace Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Kids Yoga. This allows me to work with diverse groups and adapt classes safely.

My classes combine technical foundations, mindful movement and creative exploration. Whether in hoop, dance or yoga sessions, I guide students step by step — from a well-prepared warm-up, through technique and structured practice, into flowing sequences or choreography, followed by a calm and grounding cool-down.

I believe movement is a powerful tool for body awareness, focus, expression and well-being. My classes are friendly, professional and encouraging, offering structure while leaving space for play, creativity and individual expression.

Dancing has always been part of my life. During my childhood, I took classical and jazz lessons. Later, I joined a group of Funk (Hip Hop/RnB) with which I presented several choreographies and shows.

In 2010, I discovered zumba and salsa. Since then, I have a passion for salsa and Cuban music. Since 2017, I have been part of a dance school where I pass on my passion to a group of people of all ages, dancers or not at heart.
