I have worked in education for over a decade, and my experience is as follows have worked as a:

I have experienced the highs, lows and ever increasing challenges of education, especially state education. I know what it is to need support and an external ear to help guide you through these times. I have worked in many roles, many in parallel with each other. Having had coaching myself, and feeling the positive effects of it, I know how helpful and how much of an impact it had on me and my career, especially in a moment of feeling disenchanted with education.

I have been teaching for 10 years now and tutoring for 6 years. I am a Specialist Leader for Education. I work with primary aged children with a huge range of abilities and have worked with them to support and develop their learning, skills and knowledge. So whether you want to:
