This is a 3 hour intensive class for those looking to overcome their fears, doubts, worries and past failures that are holding them back from doing what they really want to do, going after their dreams and being who they really are.

You’ll learn how your emotional habits and beliefs are developed, how they work, how they become part of you and eventually how they define what you can or can not do. Each participant will then be assisted to identify their fears through closed eye processes, and exercises.
