If you want to learn more about the practice of yoga or you just need some classes to relive stress and give your mind and body a moment, I'm more than happy to share my yoga knowledge with you. I have been practicing yoga for a few years and did my yoga teacher training course in India. When I teach my purpose is more then just the positions, it is to turn inward, to find inner peace and to be able to apply it into your daily life. A class will consist of a deep stretch, some Pranayam and ending with some visualization.
