Have you ever drawn with words - or write with drawing/ mark making? In each session, we will look at techniques to develop both drawing and writing skills to produce an image/ prose to be proud of. The aim is to then use this creativity to address the demands of every day living - to find a moment of calm amidst the punishing to-do list we give ourselves.
