Hello everyone,

I have been practicing yoga for 8 years now and I have been a teacher for 3 years. I did my first training in 2020 on the beautiful Hindu island of Bali where Yoga is very famous. This took place in English and allowed me to validate 200 hours of multi-style Yoga training (meditation, pranayamas/breathing, vinyasa, yin yoga, ashtanga and restorative yoga). The latter is Yoga Alliance certified. Subsequently, I did a specialized training in Hatha Yoga.
I am currently in Bali where I am still perfecting myself every day in the field of Yoga.
