Je m'appelle Mariana, j'ai 63 ans et je suis bulgare. De profession je suis professeur de biologie et de chimie. J'ai travaillé pendant 19 ans en tant que professeur dans une école et 5 ans en tant que réceptionniste dans un hôtel. Je parle russe, français, russe et roumain et j'ai une connaissance de base de l'anglais.
Je pense que la langue bulgare doit être apprise avec une dose de plaisir, en se familiarisant avec la riche culture, les coutumes, les traditions et les destinations touristiques intéressantes en Bulgarie.

I am Daniela, a qualified teacher of Bulgarian as a foreign language.

I have a passion for originally from Sofia, Bulgaria. I am a very outgoing and communicative person and love to connect with people and students around the world. I have graduated Bulgarian and English philology from the Sofia University in Bulgaria and lived in a few places in Europe, Spain, Slovenian and the Czech Republic, so I have experience living abroad and studying the language from scratch to an almost fluent level.

I teach students now living in Bulgaria as well as many people outside of Bulgaria, who travel there often. I also teach adults and children, teenagers from Bulgarian families living abroad. I am experienced in teaching both children and adults.

CONVERSATIONAL BULGARIAN - we can do only conversations/ dialogues with a set of questions to deal with a specific situation - ordering at the restaurant, with the doctors or talking in a specific tense - tell me about your last vacation, have you ever been the Roman Theatre in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, etc.

I will be glad to help you become more confident speaking Bulgarian, and in this way enjoy the vacation or life in Bulgaria.

Do you wish to learn from someone who understands the struggle of being multilingual? I grew up with Bulgarian and English at home and finished my bachelor’s degree in Germany. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in classical singing at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp and am more than willing to help with either of my mother tongue or my beloved German.
I have a bachelor’s degree in classical singing, completed in July of 2022. I spent my childhood in Bulgaria and emigrated to the United States at age 10, where I obtained my high school degree. I then moved to Germany and completed my bachelor’s degree, during which I worked multiple jobs, including tutoring in English and German. I can help with school lessons, teach grammar and vocabulary, and can also work on pronunciation and communication skills. I love the German and American culture and am very proud of my Bulgarian heritage. I look forward to helping you with any of those languages!
