About Me
I have been a language teacher and translator for 40+ years. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in the USA and Spain (dual citizenship), I am a native speaker of Spanish and English.
I have worked in private schools and companies in the USA as well as in Germany, Japan, France, and a few other countries. For 11 years I had my own language school and translation agency in Spain.
My working languages are thus Spanish, English, French, German and Japanese. My "hobby" languages are Italian, Russian, Korean and Arabic.
For the past 13 years, I have been cycling around the world (50.000 km by bicycle through 42 countries) while working with my clients via WhatsApp or Messenger.
Currently, I am based in Seville, Spain.

Education
I did my elementary, high school and college education in the USA and Spain. I finally (at age 51) got my degree in Spanish literature in the USA in 2011. Prior to that I had obtained certificates of proficiency in Paris, Tokyo and Berlin for those respective languages.
Experience / Qualifications
More than 45 years teaching English and Spanish as foreign languages in Spain, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea and the USA, either in private schools and companies, or in my own language services company/Spanish language school and translation agency in Seville during 11 years. For the past 14 years I have been working freelance through the internet as a language instructor and translator as I bike around the world and stay for extended periods in different cities and countries.
