My interest in yoga began at the age of 12 when my grandmother, a yogini, introduced me to various poses. Since then, I have fallen in love with yoga. From a young age, influenced by my father—an acupuncturist and osteopath—I have always been fascinated by the body’s systems and Eastern medicine. In 2022, aspiring to become a teacher, I decided to deepen my practice and learn not only the poses but also the philosophy behind them and their effects.

During my years working varied shifts and across different time zones as a flight attendant, yoga was crucial for maintaining a healthy balance. I see yoga as a mirror for the mind. I still remember one day in class when tears spontaneously welled up during shavasana, revealing an intense release of emotions and stress. In daily life, there are many distractions that cause us to forget about ourselves and disconnect. Through yoga, I found a way to connect with my heart and see myself by synchronizing my breath and movements.

La Langue Wolof est la langue principale au Senegal. Mon cours vous permettra d'apprendre le wolof pour raison familiale, professionnelle, touristique ou simplement pour apprendre cette langue et/ou la culture.
Suivant vos objectifs, je pourrais vous aider a apprendre les bases de la langue pour la vie quotidienne, la grammaire ou approfondir la langue.
Etant natif du Senegal et parlant couramment le français et me débrouillant en anglais je serais a votre disposition pour vous aider.
De plus, j'ai l'experience de l'enseignement et dans la traduction du wolof depuis 10ans. Je connais la logique de la langue ainsi que ses particularités et sa grammaire.
