Hello!
My name is Oskar. I have a Swedish High School diploma in Science. I do not yet have any experience in tutoring, but I have experience teaching children as a dance teacher for three years and I find joy in being able to help students evolve their skills.
The goal I have as a tutor is to get to know my student and from there on create a plan adapted after that student’s needs. I can provide you with extra support with your homework or if you want to work ahead in your course.

My strong belief is that all student’s have the ability to excell in their school work. Some might have larger difficulties but with the right aid and tools everyone can succeed.
I like to get to know my student so that I, besides helping them with assignments, understand what the root of their learning difficulty is (if such exists).
Because I have just recently finished school myself I believe that I have an unique advantage. I know what the education system looks like at the moment and can adapt thereafter. I also remember the feeling of trying to learn something new and slowly loosing focus and motivation. Therefore I try to make learning as fun as possible! Not just use the same methods over and over again. But to listen to the student and see what works best for them.
Some of examples of the methods that I will use are flashcards, powerpoints and preparatory tests.

Opleiding
I have a High School diploma in Science retained at Hvitfeldtska Gymnasium which is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Besides studying a lot of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics I also reached level C1 (CEFR) in English.

I do not yet have any professional experience in tutoring.
I have been dancing for 11 years. A big part of dancing is to understand how the brain retains information. Besides being a dancer I have worked as dance teacher for three years for the city of Gothenburg in Sweden.
