Then one day I started reading the science behind how training and nutrition work. Since then, I've put on 30lbs of muscle, competed in strength sports and jiu-jitsu, and been helping others get the life they want. Bachelor's in History from Montclair State University, with a concentration in Latin American history, graduated in 2010. Very relevant to my current career path.
