La bioquímica está presente en nuestro día a día, incluso en cada alimento que consumimos, éstos están compuestos de todo tipo de estructuras químicas que interactúan la una con la otra, cada una tiene una composición y función en particular.

En este curso aprenderás lo básico de la bioquímica de los alimentos y como ésta puede aplicarse a macro escala como producción de cierto tipo de alimento, conservación, mejora al proceso y optimización de propiedades organolépticas.

- Soy un ingeniero químico con maestría en ingeniería de alimentos con experiencia de 2 años en el campo de empresas productoras de alimentos, mi nivel de inglés es C1, trabajé un año y medio interpretando llamadas en inglés al español en el sector médico.

- Actualmente me encuentro en los Estados Unidos y quisiera impartir mi conocimiento sobre matemáticas ya sea en inglés o español a aquellos que lo necesiten.

Je m'appelle Younes et je donne des cours de langues, pour moi enseigner c'est apprendre 2 fois donc ma méthode d'apprentissage est basée sur la simplicité et surtout il faut avancer selon le rythme de l'étudiant pour lui permettre de s'améliorer et d'acquérir des nouvelles bases et pouvoir assimiler les nouvelles informations sans jamais se saturer. Parfois il vaut mieux aller doucement mais sûrement. En plus, je suis un jeune chercheur en biochimie appliquée et enseignant vacataire à l'université depuis 4 ans, donc pour ceux et celles qui ont des difficultés et des lacunes en biochimie, je serais là pour vous simplifier et surtout vous faire découvrir le monde merveilleux de la biochimie et merci de votre passage.

Les sciences biomédicales comme la biochimie, la biologie cellulaire et moléculaire, la microbiologie, et l'immunologie sont requises pour différents types d'etudes universitaires comme la médecine, la pharmacie et les professions paramédicales.
Ce sont des cours qui sont au coeur de mon parcours universitaire et professionnel. J'ai un doctorat en sciences biomédicales et pharmaceutiques et je suis actuellement prof à la haute école Léonard de Vinci à Bruxelles.
J'adopte une méthode interactive et adaptée aux besoins de chaque étudiant. Je coach l'étudiant pour developper une méthode de travail qui le rend autonome dans son parcours.
