I am currently a 2nd Year Psychology student at UEA, acting as Chess Society President. I am completely self-taught with Chess and growed rapidly throughtout the COVID period retaining knowledge of skills, theories, and stratergies. Before I taught friends chess who then flourished in their chess skills and enjoyment in playing the game. As a Psychology student I believe chess has positive effects on character building and want to use tutoring as a foundation for my future career.
I have a passion for music, being self taught and picking up guitar fast. Following this I help coordinate a band as guitarist with friends who share the same passions.
My fundamentals of teaching are that learning should be fun and interactive in maximising learning outcomes.

This class is for absolute beginners to intermediate players below 1400 elo rating online. Providing one-to-one interactive and supportive lessons which will be pre-panned based on player's current abilities.

Psychology is a subject classed as a fundamental social science of the brain. It is used to develop our cognitive, behavioural and social aspects as humans.

Our whole world can be viewed through the eyes of psychology which is why I'm extremely passionate to tutor psychology and encourage others to share the same passion.

I have studied psychology A level for two years and received a high pass grade at a well renowned college in Manchester, United Kingdom.

I have achieved a high 2:1 grade in a Bachelor's of science degree (with honours) in Educational psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University.

My tutoring course will include help with GCSE or A level basic psychology and exam technique used to help pass exams and mocks with a High pass (A*-C). I can cover biopsychology, cognitive psychology, behavioural, procedural and social. I also will cover the main studies and psychologists needed to be studied and implemented in to exams such as Freud and Bowlby etc.
I have many recourses approved by major exam boards such as AQA and Edexcel and will cover main topics that are likely to come up in exams.
