VCE psychology isn't an easy subject... but with the proper resources and techniques, you can nail it! I completed psych as an enhancement subject across Years 10 and 11 and had a SAC average of 97%, achieving runner-up dux of the subject.

Over the years I completed this subject, there was a lot of trial and error in working out the best way to tackle SAC and exam prep, how to word answers, how to remember the concepts, etc., and I would love to help you out, and show you that it doesn't have to be a difficult subject!

Somatic Coaching sessions address the felt experience of the body, its movement pattern and alignment in connection with thought and emotional patterns.

Through the body, you will learn to regulate your nervous system, being able to create a greater habit of connection with yourself and your environment, being able to create more harmonious responses with yourself, reducing a reactive and stressful state.

In the sessions we will work on the blockages that make it difficult for you to achieve your goals and the change and horizon through your body and how the body represents this state and feels the blockages.

In this course, you will learn everything about the Spanish language, from grammar to spelling and pronunciation, all the way to mastering conversation.
