This class will operate under a different style to my other class this is more of a 1 to 1 support class.

Due the scope of the syllabus my aim is to pin point individual gaps in the learning and fix them with the added benefit of for essay writing practice which will be marked and reviewed. Along with help with the maths and revision skills.

I will also offer support outside of normal lessons times especially with revision

Hi there I’m currently studying economics at uni and find myself with some free time so I thought I should help others. I benefited from tuition when I was young so I’d like to help others in the same way.

My style of teaching would change depending on the student, as they process information in different ways so some take more time than others which is completely fine because we would end up at the same destination.

I’m not really looking for any specific type of student, ideally you would have an idea on what you want to work on but it is not essential.

This is primarily going to be a maths lesson where I help with specific things you are struggling with and teach you new things as well

When we start I will issue a small test to decide what particular areas need work. Once we have rooted out the problem we can get cracking on a solution. I know maths can be a bit of a headache sometimes but with the right tools it can be a lot easier

Hi there, my name is Ben and I am a recent 1st class graduate from the University of Glasgow in Scots Law! I am able to teach anything related to Law, or school subjects such as English, Geography, Economics and French as I received A* grades at these subjects in high school!

I have experience as a tutor for younger children as I co-ordinated a peer tutoring scheme, in which I taught the aforementioned subjects. My teaching style is organised, with worksheets and questions designed to make the student think deeply and use their knowledge, rather than merely giving them the answers. I am extremely friendly, patient and happy to work with students and adults of all ages, who I love to see succeed academically and build their general confidence levels.
