Yoga is an assimilation of mind, body and soul.
In our fast paced stressful life we need a moment to relax , breathe and connect the body to the soul.
In my class, we start first with a few breathing exercises to let you first empty on your mind.
Then we focus on certain asanas or poses to let the breath Connect with a body part while remaining in the pose. The last 10 mins I focus on the meditative part where we connect to the soul with the help of our breathe.
My class is designed to make you feel relaxed and establish a connection with yourself.
Even if you have no experience in yoga before you are welcome to join and feel the benefits of this wonderful word of yoga.

Bollywood dance

* It is a combination of various indian dance forms like kathak and bharatnatyam ,garba, garba and an assimilation of various colors,moves,styles and languages of the vibrant and varied Indian subcontinent.

* So, if you like to do Bollywood or any other kind of dance and can’t figure out how or if you like to dance and would like to proceed to the next level just I am here to help and get you to the dance mode where you’ll be dancing like and everyone will be watching !

* My classes are customized according to the dancing level , style and preferences of the students and there is always the rhythm and musicality element that I focus on while teaching any dance rather than the technicalities . After all a moment without having fun is a moment wasted while dancing !!!


Yoga

* Since the age of 5 I have been doing Hath yoga as a medium to connect the mind , body and soul . I am an ardent believe of keeping your physical as well as your mental health in order for which yoga is the main foundation for me.
* During my teenage I was a member of Art of loving foundation where I learnt the deep learning and details about this beautiful world.
* After that I have been mainly practicing yoga on my own and since last year I started teaching it as well.
* My yoga class is based on 3 parts .
First part focuses on a few breathing exercise where the connection to the breath is made . Second part consists of the poses /Asanas of hath yoga that help in ventilating the breath through to the different body parts such as arms , legs , stomach , lower back , neck and thereby the entire body. The last and conclusive part is meant for the soul to empty everything from the mind and meditate and relive all the stress and anxiety accumulated in the body and the mind.
It is very often perceived that yoga is only for flexible people but that’s not true.
* Yoga is about the prana , the breath , the Body and the mind . So leave , all your inhibitions aside and enter the world of zen and yoga with me !

* Bollywood dance is the most popular and fun form of dancing originating from India.
* This dance is inspired from various traditional Indian classical dances like kathak, Bharatnatyam, bhangra, garba etc which are adapted to the music currently used in the Hindi film industry also known as Bollywood.
* My class will be developed based on your personal level , comfort and style in preference with your choice of music to learn , grow and build the basics of this dance .

To me dancing is all about expressing yourself so while learning it’s important that you have lots of fun at the same time. Hence, I combine a variant of different easy , quick, slow dance moves , music , styles and sometimes even (jokes) while dancing.
