Various styles of Yoga ranging from gentle & restorative 'Yin Yoga', dynamic 'Vinyasa Yoga' as well as traditional 'Hatha Yoga', Meditation & Pranayama (Breathwork) classes. I incorporate different teaching methods for each individual student or group class and make sure that you enjoy close supervision and that you can make the most of the peaceful surroundings and really feel the rejuvenating effects. Friendly and approachable atmosphere for all levels of practice. In addition to yoga philosophy, I also implement knowledge from personal training and anatomy to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and most importantly, the safety of the client.
