I perceive teaching as a bidirectional dynamic process of discovering a new culture supported by the language and the communication between the student and the teacher. I organize and navigate my teaching methods based on each student’s profile. I discuss with the students about their goals, motivations and expectations and, taken into consideration their age and their level, I adopt the lessons in their needs following with respect their rhythm of learning and their availability. I think that it is very important to create a pleasant atmosphere so that the communication between each other may be enabled and, at the same time, empowering the process of acquisition. Also, culture, history, music, poetry etc. are being incorporated to the courses to enrich the process of learning and create a more complete experience of language acquisition.
