I’m a native Greek speaker living in Athens, Greece. I teach Greek in a very practical, clear, and fun way so that speakers of other languages can start communicating in Greek within a short period of time. I can help you understand the sounds of the Greek language, teach you how to read and write, and of course explain the patterns of the Greek grammar so that you can form correct sentences on your own. I’m a TEFL certified English language teacher and I started my teaching career in 2010. I’ve been working online since 2016 using interactive platforms and new technologies so that my students have a fun and effective learning experience from the comfort of their home. I believe that the best way to teach English is through the communicative approach which helps speakers of other languages overcome the language barrier. However, every student is unique and I know how to adjust my teaching style accordingly. I have had extra training in American English and I can help with common pronunciation mistakes. I’ve also written and published my own ESL book on English grammar that can be studied by learners and used by English teachers as a tool for lessons that are more productive.
