English degree graduate with experience abroad gives English lessons
From 20 € /h
Hello to you, I am Emilie.
Graduated with an English degree with honors, I have several experiences abroad: Erasmus stay in Northern Ireland and a road trip to the United States with accommodation in a local home.
After giving English lessons throughout my studies, I would like to resume this activity even though I am now a part-time employee. Friendly and attentive, I have always had excellent relationships with my students.
Originally from Joué-lès-Tours, I travel to my home (or public place, such as library) in the surrounding area. Visio possible.
My courses are aimed at beginners or schoolchildren (of all ages) who want support to brush up on their English. On the program: conjugation, grammar, written and oral comprehension (songs/extracts from films and series). I rely on official English BLED exercises. I believe in regular and fun learning, and listen to all my students regarding their learning needs and desires.
Do not hesitate to contact me to discuss further!

About Me
I graduated with a LLCE English License (delivered by the François Rabelais University of Tours with honors), a Master's degree in cinema from the Free University of Brussels and a Master 2 pro in cinematographic and audiovisual broadcasting at the Paul-Valéry Montpellier University3.
I completed a one-term ERASMUS stay in Belfast, United Kingdom as well as a stay in the United States for almost three months. I had the chance to be in close contact with the inhabitants of these countries thanks to the university residence and the “Couchsurfing” system.
I have given a number of private lessons, whether in French or English, and it has always gone very well.
Organized and energetic, I try to know my student well in order to adapt the exercises. I rely on BLED type manuals and my own training. I also favor speaking. I enliven my lessons with extracts from films and series, an effective method for immersing yourself in the English-speaking world!

Experience / Qualifications
I had five students, four of whom were in English: one teenager and three adult courses. The lessons always went well, the students were motivated and were able to make progress in English throughout the lessons.
The French course was a last minute help before the French Baccalaureate. The student was very motivated and the lessons went very well. He got 15/20 in writing and 15/20 in speaking.
