I specialize in tutoring Maths and English at ks 2 level. My aim is to find out what students' individual needs are and focus on the topics that the students need most help with. In this way students' gain more self confidence and their performance improves.
When I teach 11+ preparation I ensure that I test them during the first lesson and find out what their strengths and weaknesses are. i then prepare my classes accordingly so that I explain skills learning clearly and ensure that they have plenty of practice in the skills they find most difficult to master.
