Hello, my name is Lenka and I am a certified yoga teacher with international training in Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Pranayama and meditation. With over 20 years of teaching experience (languages & yoga), I enjoy guiding people towards relaxation, strength, and inner balance.

I offer individual or small-group lessons in English, German, or Czech – adapted to your level and personal goals. Classes can be held online or in person in Málaga.

Hello, I would be delighted to introduce you to 'joint-gentle' exercises that will allow you to sculpt yourself AND solicit your deep muscles WITHOUT damaging your joints. My clients are happy athletes who practice my knee friendly techniques and who see impressive results. Results and a more serene state of mind. At each lesson, I offer a mindfulness meditation in which I transport you to the world of dreams.
I also offer stretching classes, LIA (low impact aerobics) as well as muscle strengthening classes.
