I would like to help you with that!
First we will talk about your musical preferences and see what an achievable goal would be. That could be playing the bass line of your favorite song, building up a musical repertoire to join a band or many other things.
Most importantly I would like to deliver you the joy that bass playing and music making brings to me!
Also ear training, music theory, technique and if interested piano playing and composition will be part of our lessons.
Those skills are important for any musician, no matter if Pop/Rock/Jazz/Funk/Hip Hop or classical music.

My name is Daniel and I am professional bass player, composer and teacher living in Amsterdam. I am active in the Dutch and German Jazz scene as well as playing concerts and tours in Europe. Recently I received a bachelor of music from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and had many private lessons with NY bass players including Larry Grenadier, Matt Brewer and Matt Penman. Over the years I have played international festivals such as Panama Jazz festival, North Sea Jazz fest, Umbria Jazz Italy and others.
