Hi, I offer private kickboxing lessons to every beginner or intermediate that would like to focus on the technique + physical conditioning. I have been practicing this sport for more than 10 years and I have competed at amateur level in several competitions in Spain and Netherlands. We will train in the most convenient outdoor place for you with the only condition that has to be in Amsterdam. Is strongly recommend to train in Vondelpark because the wide available space or Museumplein in the rainy days since is covered. Thank you!
