Personal training at home and/or outdoors, individually or in groups
Hello everyone,
Who am I? My name is Benjamin and I have a degree in physical education.
I have always been passionate about sport and after several years in teaching, I now devote myself fully to home sports coaching, with the mission of helping you achieve your goals effectively and sustainably.
My approach? My goal is to help you progress at your own pace, supporting you every step of the way. Together, we'll create a personalized program so you can achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Whether you want to lose weight, get back in shape, or resume activity after an injury, I'm committed to providing you with customized coaching tailored to your needs.
The most important thing for me is to be able to exchange ideas, share experiences, and support you to help you progress, whatever your level or experience.
Whether in individual or group sessions, indoors or outdoors, I am here to guide and motivate you.
Where? I travel within the province of Luxembourg, as well as to Luxembourg City and its surroundings.
My advantage? I come directly to your home and bring all the necessary equipment with me. So you have no more excuses not to train! Home coaching is the ideal solution for combining comfort and effectiveness.
See you very soon, and let's make your goals a reality!
