About Me

Before being a teacher, I am the enthusiastic mother of two, nerd, with multiple interests (sports, reading, music, art, science, and so on).

Other than the highest recognised qualification for teaching English as a second language (CELTA), I have a way of approaching my students that puts them at ease and motivates them into language learning.

The way I do that? Easy: I identify my pupil's interests and linguistic strengths and use them to work on the skills that require working on.

My being curious, adaptable and, last but not least, emotionally intelligent, gives me access to all types of students. As a parent and a teacher, I know how to appreciate all kinds of personalities, without making any sort of preference.

I am a Medicinal Chemistry graduate, with a masters in Business Management. I have done the IB and am familiar with the system. I am most specialized in tutoring English, CHemistry and Maths, but can expand to Chemistry and other IB subjects if needed.
