Piano is een mooie vorm om muziek van te luisteren. Wat nog veel mooier is om het instrument zelf te kunnen spelen. Hier help ik graag mee, de belangrijkste stap is namelijk het beginnen. Zodra die stap is genomen gaat het alleen nog maak makkelijker worden.

Ik werk zowel met boeken als liedjes die de leerlingen zelf uitkiezen, ik kies hier de passende bladmuziek voor, het leukste is namelijk om liedjes te spelen die je zelf echt heel leuk vind!

Hoi hoi! Mijn naam is Fabienne en piano spelen is natuurlijk het leukste wat er is. Een piano is gemaakt voor jong en oud, echt iedereen kan het dus leren! Op school heb ik ook altijd mee gedaan aan concerten, dit heb ik altijd heel leuk gevonden, ik hoop dan ook dat ik mensen kan inspireren om ook piano te gaan spelen!
Ik geef pianoles aan zowel jong als oud, hierdoor heb ik veel ervaring in de verschillende aanpakken van lesgeven aan de verschillende leeftijden.
In de lessen zal plezier in het middenpunt staan. Dit betekend dat er zeker veel nieuwe vaardigheden worden geleerd, maar dit gaat veel sneller met plezier. Zo kan je zelf een leuk liedje uitkiezen, bijvoorbeeld : My heart will go on, van de Titanic. Hier zal ik dan passende bladmuziek voor zoeken voor het niveau waar de leerling op dat moment op speelt.
Boeken zijn uiteraard ook heel belangrijk, echter ik ben van mening dat je niet perse meer leert van 7 jaar uit boeken spelen dan van 7 jaar gecombineert uit boeken en liedjes spelen die je zelf heel graag wilt.

Op dit moment zit ik in een tussenjaar nadat ik mijn VWO met onder andere het vak muziek succesvol heb afgerond, hierdoor zijn er veel mogelijkheden voor het plannen van lessen.

Het begin in de muziekwereld. Noten leren lezen voor de piano en pianoles

Mijn naam is Fabienne en ik ben 17 jaar, afgelopen schooljaar heb ik mijn VWO met onder andere muziek succesvol afgerond. Hierdoor heb ik nu een tussenjaar en weet ik alle muziek theorie. Ik speel zelf al 8 jaar piano met veel plezier. Ik geef al pianoles aan zowel jong als oud, met als motto dat iedereen piano kan leren spelen! Mijn lessen zijn altijd rustig en ik zorg ervoor dat de leerling alles snapt wat ik uitleg. Ik leg liever een onderwerp 20x uit dat je het snapt, dan dat ik er 1 keer snel doorheen ga en dat je het niet snapt.

Piano spelen is het mooiste wat er is, maar om te beginnen met piano spelen staat vele mensen 1 onderwerp in de weg. Dat onderwerp is noten lezen. Noten lezen is niet alleen super handig om verder te gaan met piano spelen, maar het is ook heel handig om als basis te hebben voor de theorie van muziek.

De lessen kunnen ingepland worden naar wat de leerling zelf wilt. Het is mogelijk om noten te leren lezen in combinatie met pianoles (de manier die ik persoonlijk aanraad), maar het is ook zeker mogelijk om alleen maar noten te leren lezen.

Start de nieuwe cursus piano leren spelen!

Ik ben een professionele klassieke pianist, begeleider, maker en componist met een bachelordiploma van het Conservatorium van Amsterdam en een masterdiploma van het Koninklijk Conservatorium in Den Haag. Al 7 jaar geef ik les aan studenten van alle niveaus tussen de 5 en 60 jaar oud.

De lessen zijn gebaseerd op uw niveau, interesses en doelen. Samen kunnen we uitzoeken of je meer van klassiek repertoire houdt, of dat je je favoriete popmuziek wilt spelen, een mooie soundtrack van een film die je leuk vindt of nieuwe stukken wilt componeren/improviseren. Met mijn ervaring in het lesgeven van verschillende genres, help ik je de muziek te ontdekken die je leuk vindt.

De centrale pijlers waar ik altijd mee werk zijn techniek en creativiteit, die veel meer met elkaar verbonden zijn dan je zou verwachten! Terwijl we verder gaan, introduceer ik ook de basis (of dieper, als je geïnteresseerd bent) van muziektheorie om te leren communiceren met elkaar in muzikale termen (akkoorden, toetsen, partituur lezen, etc.). Music has always been my biggest passion and I really enjoy sharing it with other people. My main music genres are pop, rnb, ballades, a bit of jazz, and soul.
I can read musical notes, but I mainly play by ear (which can be learned too!). I am into music theory and how it helps to understand what one hears and plays.

Hello there!
Welcome to my profile. I am Rui and I teach piano. The piano is known as the most complete musical instrument of all. This is because when playing it we can get all kinds of characters and sounds: very deep basses or super soft high notes; delicate melodies or dense harmonies (almost like an orchestra sometimes). This is one of the reasons why I love to play the piano, its versatility adapts to my everyday mood.
I would love to show you the wonders we can create with this amazing instrument!

Lessons
Every student is different, and by saying this I mean that I prepare every lesson specifically for each student. Some might be more shy, others might need more time to acknowledge some questions.
I believe that music (much like everything else) should be taught with patience and motivation.
You shouldn’t feel like you’re going against time, it should be the opposite. As a teacher, I always give priority to your motivation and excitement regarding the lesson’s activity. If I see that a student is not enjoying the lesson I have to improvise and turn it around.

When teaching, the most important thing for me is that you learn while having fun.
I have already some years of experience in giving piano lessons to people of all ages. I adapt the lesson content for every student individually, and I always give them the freedom to follow their musical taste and instincts. I also give a lot of focus to creativity and improvisation.
At the end of the lesson, I usually save a few minutes for the student to decide what he/she wants to do: maybe a little 4-hand improvisation, or maybe play a piece they have already learned and that they enjoy playing.

About me
Most of my studies and experience as a teacher took place in Portugal. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance in 2020.
I moved to The Netherlands in 2020 to attend the Master Program in Classical Piano Performance in the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague.
My academic studies were built on classical music but I also have some experience in pop and rock music.

My name is Uma and I am originally from Spain. I have been living in The Hague for the past five years. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Flute in Madrid and a Master’s degree in Zürich, I recently finished a Bachelor’s degree in Early Music and historical flutes at the Koninklijk Conservatorium The Hague. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Music Education, which allows me to continuously refine my teaching approach.
I have more than 10 years of teaching experience and enjoy encouraging curiosity while adapting lessons to each student’s interests and needs. All ages and levels are welcome, and I strive to make learning music both structured and fun.

These are the paths I propose, but each student is free to develop what he/she wishes. I also complement the classes with musical language and harmony.

Hallo! Ik ben Didac Barber, een professionele concertpianist en ervaren docent uit Spanje, nu woonachtig in Nederland.

Ik behaalde een master in pianospel aan The Hartt School (VS) en volgde mijn opleiding aan ESMUC Barcelona, waar ik les kreeg van internationale toppianisten zoals Adolf Pla en Luiz de Moura Castro. Ik heb opgetreden in heel Europa, de VS en Azië en geef al meer dan 15 jaar pianoles – op conservatoria, in privéstudio's en internationaal online.

Mijn passie ligt niet alleen in presteren, maar ook in het helpen van leerlingen om te ontdekken waartoe ze in staat zijn. Ik ben toegewijd, empathisch en geduldig – en ik wil dat jij net zoveel van je leertraject geniet als ik ervan geniet door het te delen.

Elke student is anders, en dat geldt ook voor mijn lessen.

In mijn klarinetlessen staat plezier centraal. Ik geloof in leren door te spelen, waarbij muziek een ontdekkingsreis wordt in plaats van een taak. Elke les is afgestemd op de leeftijd, ervaring en interesses van de leerling.

We werken aan een solide technische basis, waarbij ik technieken en inzichten doorgeef die ik heb geleerd van internationaal gerenommeerde musici zoals Annelien Van Wauwe, Antonio Salguero, Steffan Schilling, Nicola Boud, Ernst Schlader, Pascal Moraguès en Hermann Stefánsson. Daarnaast verken ik samen met mijn leerlingen ritme, melodie en improvisatie door middel van spel, zingen, bodypercussie en muziek in alledaagse geluiden.

Mijn doel is dat elke leerling zich vertrouwd en geïnspireerd voelt om zijn of haar eigen muzikale stem te ontwikkelen. Ik moedig kinderen en volwassenen aan om te genieten, creëren en delen, ongeacht leeftijd of achtergrond.

Of je nu beginner bent of gevorderd, mijn lessen zijn een combinatie van techniek, plezier en creativiteit, zodat muziek maken altijd een positieve ervaring blijft.

Je kunt een of beide van de volgende vakken kiezen: Harmonie (akkoorden/toonladders, tonaliteiten/progressies, modulaties, enz.) en/of Solfège (ritme/auditieve vaardigheden, toonhoogte/zicht-lezen).

De methode die ik gebruik heeft ook een online audio (meespelen), zodat je de stukken ook thuis kunt spelen/zingen met de begeleiding-online audio: Klassiek en/of pop/jazz, enz.

Er is ook de mogelijkheid om te leren over Harmonie en Keyboard Voicings (akkoorden/harmonie en akkoordmelodie). Deze methoden kunnen in de praktijk worden gebracht met Harmonievoortgangen (ook met je eigen composities/liedjes, enz.), om te zien hoe Harmonie werkt met het concept van Functionele Harmonie en verder.

We bespreken waar je muzikale voorkeur ligt en welke kant we op gaan. In elk geval staat spelplezier voorop!

De lessen zijn voor alle niveaus en alle leeftijden. Online lessen is ook mogelijk via WhatsApp, etc.
