The sessions are inspired by oriental methods such as yoga (in the etymological sense, it is finding one's way, knowing oneself), visualization, and psycho-corporeal methods (Method of Liberation of Armor, to go beyond the markers that have served us but which limit us).

Breathing, stretching, self-massage, relaxation and visualization to find yourself, learn about yourself and live fully and intensely.

Somatic Coaching sessions address the felt experience of the body, its movement pattern and alignment in connection with thought and emotional patterns.

Through the body, you will learn to regulate your nervous system, being able to create a greater habit of connection with yourself and your environment, being able to create more harmonious responses with yourself, reducing a reactive and stressful state.

In the sessions we will work on the blockages that make it difficult for you to achieve your goals and the change and horizon through your body and how the body represents this state and feels the blockages.

Hello and welcome to the Spanish course for French speakers.

In this course, you will learn everything about the Spanish language, from grammar to spelling and pronunciation, all the way to mastering conversation.

I aim to offer a safe space for people who want to learn English, but on a slightly deeper level. My passion is psychology, human behaviour, and recently Geo Politics.

I have many students who are learning in a very standard way, however, I want to offer a slightly more in depth English class, almost like therapy but in English. Although I am not a trained therapist, my students always feel very drawn to me.
