They say you don't get a second chance to make a first impression - getting your written representation of yourself perfect is vitally important when looking for a job. Get it wrong, and you won't even get to interview stage.

Having read, and written 100s of CVs over the last ten years, I know what works and what doesn't and can quickly help you get to grips with the writing required for your career search.

A big part of the challenge is actually understanding which elements of your experience are the most meaningful, which is why the process starts with me getting a detailed picture of your background (30 minutes over Skype is usually enough) So the process looks like this:

- Detailed discussion about aims/objectives/achievements
- Clarification of deliverables and timescales
- Professional experience and educational achievements mapping
- Expertly crafted personal statement if required
- Full Grammar and spell check, input into design and layout

After the first draft, I will suggest we talk again, and then will present the final versions.
