Hello everyone! My name is Noam and I am a professional drummer, drum teacher and music producer, living in Brussels. I am available for drum lessons in Brussels for all levels, beginner to advanced.
Learning drums is extremely fun and satisfying! It involves the entire body and the mind, challenging in many different ways and extremely rewarding.
While it can be demanding to learn an instrument, it can be as easy as you want it to be. Our lessons can be designed to fit your personal goal. In the lessons we will play songs, study technique and reading and learn different genres of music - all while having fun!
I have been teaching for over 12 years. I am very passionate about teaching music, I believe it has the power to change lives, and also helps with just putting a smile on your face :)

About me:
Noam , finalist of the 2012 Thelonious Monk Competition, has always had a passion for music. Born in 1988, Noam started playing piano at the age of five, at a conservatory in his home town, Zikhron Ya'aqov, Israel. At the age of thirteen, he began playing drums and since then has made it his main instrument.
When he was fifteen, Noam met the late Amit Golan, a musician, teacher and a key Jazz persona in Israel, who introduced him to Jazz music. Golan encouraged him to join the prestigious Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts.
During his studies at Thelma Yellin, Noam quickly gained recognition and was invited to perform with some of Israel's top jazz musicians. When graduating Thelma Yellin, Noam received a diploma of excellence from the Jazz department.
Afterwards, Noam began his mandatory army service as a drummer and percussionist at the IDF Orchestra.
During and after his military service, Noam studied at Israel's finest colleges of music, The Rimon School of Jazz & Contemporary Music and the collaborative program of The Center for Jazz Studies, Israel Conservatory of Music, Tel Aviv and The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, NYC.
Later, Noam received a full scholarship to attend the Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he studied for two years. During his stay in Boston, Noam became one of the leading drummers in the Boston Jazz scene and one of the most sought after drummers in the United States Jazz community. He performed in top venues across the USA and in Jazz festivals all over the world.
Noam graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Masters degree in music performance and production, and currently resides in Brussels.

My name is Noam, I'm a drummer, producer and educator from Israel. I have been living in NYC for the past 4 years, and recently made the move to Brussels. Music is my passion and my full time profession, as a performer, producer and teacher.
For me, teaching is a way of life. I had the privilege to have good teachers and learn not only about music, but about life, ethics and friendship in general. I believe that music is very important, and provides an artistic output and is a great way to learn important principles in life.
I have a Masters degree in Contemporary Performance and Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music, Boston, where I have had the pleasure to study with some of the best musicians today.
