Find the balance with yourself!

The coaching programmer is about guiding you mean deficiency or excess or something of food or a lifestyle, traumas, childhood. Then is makes you unbalance. The food can be toxic and also the food can affect your body, mind, consciousness work together in maintaining balance . That's why is important to have adequate aliments as the food, also can be your medicine.

All of those doshas we have, but we have more dominants dosha, mean deficiency or excess or something of food or lifestyle, traumas, childhood. Then is makes you unbalance.

My work to see your goal what would like to achieve (for example or lose weight or to improve your lifestyle, diet, etc... ) to reconnect with your body, mind, consciousness.

I personally I quite for many years cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, marijuana. I changed my lifestyle, I practice yoga, swimming, cycling. I can say that I become a more sensitive person I'm aware what is good for me and not, because I removed all those things what were effecting me. Is the journey to know more yourself, everything what we eat, act, is effecting our life.

From all my experiences, having good background about the nutrition from the 3 is old was in the forest collecting mushrooms, berries living in the village eating fresh food, grow up very healthy, never using any medication. I can say that food can be your medicine. I studied Holistic Health Coaching and Nutrition to go deeper and understand Ayurveda and Chinese medicine to help other people achieve their goals and to be honest with yourself. Can say if you listen your body and understand the basis of what you eat and how you eat is changing your life you will become more sensitive and knowing more yourself. Life is about the balance to have good diet and lifestyle it can change your life. I'm here to help you to find this balance.

Whether you want behavior insight, better daily care practices, or guidance to feel more grounded as a cat guardian, I’m here to help both sides of the relationship thrive.
