Find the balance with yourself!
The coaching programmer is about guiding you mean deficiency or excess or something of food or a lifestyle, traumas, childhood. Then is makes you unbalance. The food can be toxic and also the food can affect your body, mind, consciousness work together in maintaining balance . That's why is important to have adequate aliments as the food, also can be your medicine.
All of those doshas we have, but we have more dominants dosha, mean deficiency or excess or something of food or lifestyle, traumas, childhood. Then is makes you unbalance.
My work to see your goal what would like to achieve (for example or lose weight or to improve your lifestyle, diet, etc... ) to reconnect with your body, mind, consciousness.
I personally I quite for many years cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, marijuana. I changed my lifestyle, I practice yoga, swimming, cycling. I can say that I become a more sensitive person I'm aware what is good for me and not, because I removed all those things what were effecting me. Is the journey to know more yourself, everything what we eat, act, is effecting our life.
