This course is intended for beginners wishing to learn the piano, whether they are children or adults.
Trained at the Gretry Academy, I offer adapted piano lessons using different learning methods, including scores and theory (music theory).

For complete beginners, it can be above all a musical awakening (notions, hand coordination, theory, ...)
I have a THOMANN digital piano at home which is available to learners.

For the 2024-2025 academic year, classes will begin in mid-September.

I've been carrying my cello around since I was 6 years old. I started playing at the conservatory in Bastia, Corsica. At 18, I set off to discover the world of music: Nice, Paris, then Rennes, before finally settling in Liège, Belgium. Having fallen in love with my new home, I moved there and developed my musical and educational projects.

Fascinated by the interconnectedness of the arts, I regularly work with theatre, circus, musical comedy, puppetry, etc.

With a degree in pedagogy, passionate about teaching and to follow my pedagogical utopia, I created the MagnAttitude asbl structure which has more than 40 students.

The goal is to support you in your project, whatever it may be. It's about adapting and tailoring to each individual's desires, while passing on the expertise of playing the cello.

I give lessons of 1 hour, at home if necessary, for students of all levels and styles of play. My teaching covers both classical music and modern flute (jazz, etc.); the work done can focus on music of the student's choice, or I can simply redirect it to methods and scores if he wishes to work on them together. Ayant étudié au conservatoire en France pendant plus de 10 ans (diplômes de fin de 2ème cycle de clarinette et de solfège) et joué dans un orchestre, j'espère apporter mon expérience à votre enfant, de la manière la plus ludique possible. (Non, on est pas obligés de jouer que de la musique classique à la clarinette).
L'idée est qu'ils puissent s'épanouir dans la pratique de leur instrument, y prendre du plaisir et pouvoir exprimer leur souhait sur ce qu'ils veulent jouer.

If you are learning how to play it, I have the gear to help you create and record a song, so you can share it with your friends and family, or just have it for yourself.
I can play a lot of instruments and create tracks to accompany you. You can write a song or make a recording of you playing something you are working on. Depending on your level and experience with music, it would be a great way to learn some music theory too.

I am Julia, a professional musician originally from Montreal, Canada. I have lived in the Netherlands for 4 years and have a Master's degree in Music. I compose, engineer, and perform music. Hello! I’m Eleni, a singer from Greece with nearly seven years of experience teaching music. Whether you're a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or more experienced wanting to refine your skills, all lessons are tailored to each student's needs and goals, with the aim of building confidence and authenticity in their singing and/or develop a strong foundation on musical knowledge.

For the singing lessons, we'll be covering breathing and vocal technique, interpretation along with expression and, depending on your goals, the approach we will have can be either focued on singing or holistic; including music theory, rhythmic skills and basic piano skills.

Lessons are available in various styles, so whatever your musical passion, we can bring it to life together!
And, having a background in jazz music, I can also help you develop your improvisation skills, giving you the freedom to explore and create your own sound!

Music theory, rhythmic lessons and basic piano skills are, of course, also offered as separate courses. So if you have no idea on how to read music or you are feeling clumsy when it comes to rhythm or piano, there's no problem! We can work on this together from scratch! :)
