A todos nos gustaría plasmar lo que nos dicta la imaginación. Primeros pasos te llevará de la mano a tu máxima expresión. Sólo necesitas entusiasmo, trabajo, dedicación y constancia.
Aprenderás desde cero a dibujar y pintar paisajes, retratos, bodegones y hasta algún animal si te gusta.

Pero los primeros pasos son imprescindible en cada cosa que emprendemos.
Así que si deseas aprender a cocinar o repostería, también son necesarios.
La alimentación está en boca de todos, y nunca mejor dicho. Sea para degustarlo, elogiada o devastarla.
Los dulces, tartas y golosinas en general son el enemigo número uno de la sslud. Pues no; permiteme decirte que es posible comer de todo, si aprendes a cocinar de la manera correcta. Y como el arte en general entra por los ojos; la repostería artística también. Es una " dulce expresión ".

Finalmente los primeros pasos que me gustaría emseñarte, son en Caligrafía.
En mi época era una asignatura obligatoria en los institutos. Lo cual no garantizaba que tuvieras linda letra, pero al menos casi todos la podían entender. Ya admirar, elogiar era otra cuestión...
Hoy en día está de moda el llamado "Letering"; que no es otra cosa que un poco de caligrafía.
Tener una bonita letra, hacer tarjetas a mano, pergaminos (antes eran muy habituales y se hacían a mano) y tantísimos usos más, pueden ser un viejo anhelo que puedo ayudarte a alcanzar.
Es verdad que los ordenadores tienen numerosos programas con infinidad de letras, sin embargo la técnica será siempre la misma: impresión.
Tú puedes hacer caligrafía con tiza, óleos, rotuladores, plumas, bolígrafos y cualquier cosa que impacte sobre una superficie.
Así que anímate...y crea también con tu letra.

Soy un artista visual nacido en Barcelona, establecido en Bélgica desde 2017. Como artista, he acumulado experiencia durante los últimos 25 años. Me gradué con una Licenciatura Académica en Bellas Artes en la Universidad de Barcelona y me gradué como Master en Artes Visuales en la Escuela de Artes Sint Lucas en Amberes.

Estoy especializado en pintura, dibujo, películas experimentales, instalaciones, lenguaje, sonido y comisariado. En otras palabras, soy un artista multidisciplinario.

Entiendo la práctica artística como una forma de entendernos a nosotros mismos y las situaciones que nos rodean. En mis clases no enseño cómo hacer arte, sino cómo decir algo a través de tu trabajo artístico. Conmigo puede trabajar de forma independiente, con un entrenador que lo desafiará con algunas tareas y le dará retroalimentación a sus inquietudes personales.

Además, aprenderá a trabajar con varios medios, preparando su propio material: pinturas, lienzos, etc.

No solo recibirá asesoramiento individual, sino que lo alentará a buscar otros artistas o tener en cuenta otras referencias relacionadas con sus inquietudes.

I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London.

Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don’t always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you!

Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs.

The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language.

(Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it. But also be mindful that as we grow our interests can change and as they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.)
