All ages and abilities are welcome! I tailor the way I teach to suit the individual needs of each student as I believe we all have unique ways of learning. I can help with any aspect of learning the violin, whether you have qualifications or goals you wish to work towards (e.g. ABRSM, Trinity Guildhall, entrance to music college) or just learning for fun! I have a BMus 1st Class (Hons) in Violin from the Royal Northern College of Music and over 10 years of experience working as a freelance violinist. Previously, I’ve worked in both school and private settings, including for both MAPAS (Salford Music Service) and Wigan Music Service. I was also a co-founder of the Manchester Violin School. I perform regularly with various ensembles and orchestras, including the Cassia String Quartet and Rylands String Quartet, in both classical and more popular settings.
