Mes cours s’adressent aux collégiens et aux lycéens qui veulent continuer leur parcours dans les sciences, en santé ou dans une des filières MMOPK mais également aux étudiants en PASS et en LAS déjà inscrits à l’université qui souhaitent optimiser leurs chances d’accéder à la filière de leur choix.

Ma méthode repose avant tout sur la compréhension et non sur l’apprentissage mécanique. En complément de mon parcours en santé (PASS, LAS, maïeutique) et de mon parcours en biologie, j’ai approfondi en autodidacte le programme de 2e année de médecine, notamment l’appareil locomoteur, l’appareil neurosensoriel 1 et 2, la biophysique, l’immunologie, l’hématologie, l’appareil rénal ou encore l’hormonologie. Mon objectif est de rendre la biologie, l’anatomie et la physiologie plus accessibles en expliquant clairement les notions difficiles, en donnant du sens aux mécanismes et en transmettant une véritable envie d’apprendre.

Je vous accompagne également dans votre méthode de travail : comprendre d’abord les notions essentielles d’un cours, puis enrichir progressivement vos connaissances avec les détails importants en suivant des répétitions espacées dans le temps qui s’organisent autour de la courbe de l'oubli afin de construire une maîtrise solide sur le long terme.

Ayant moi-même traversé ces formations, j’ai connu les difficultés liées à la quantité de connaissances à assimiler et aux exigences des études de santé. J’ai progressivement appris qu’un apprentissage efficace repose davantage sur une bonne stratégie que sur une recherche permanente de perfection dès le premier contact avec un cours.

Mon objectif est de vous apprendre à travailler efficacement, sans vous épuiser, en vous montrant comment progresser avec une organisation réaliste. J’insiste également sur le fait qu’une grande quantité de travail n’est pas forcément synonyme d’efficacité : la régularité, l’organisation et la compréhension sont souvent plus déterminantes que l’accumulation d’heures. Par exemple, quelques heures de travail quotidien bien structurées peuvent être plus efficaces qu’une accumulation excessive d’heures pour comprendre durablement vos cours et réussir vos examens. Je peux également faire des suivis sur plusieurs semaines pour vous accompagner sur le long terme (notamment pour les examens) et vous donner toutes les clés pour réussir.

Depuis quelques années, je me suis fortement intéressé et documenté sur l’apprentissage ; il y a certaines méthodes d’apprentissage qui sont effectivement mieux étayées par la recherche que d’autres. M’étant passionné par les neurosciences depuis maintenant plus d’un an, je me suis aperçu que les fonctions physiologiques et anatomiques de la mémoire étaient des bases fondamentales à acquérir pour savoir apprendre. Comment l'information est-elle enregistrée ? Comment la consolider ? Comment la restituer efficacement ?
Et c’est pour cette raison que j’ai envie de transmettre mes connaissances sur le sujet, j’aimerais vous donner l’envie d’avoir envie d’apprendre. Une matière paraît souvent plus accessible lorsqu'elle est expliquée avec passion et qu'on en comprend le sens. Tout est intéressant et ce qu’il ne l’est pas peut le devenir et c’est mon objectif !

Concernant l'organisation : Je propose des cours de 1 à 2 heures, afin que ça soit plus profitable pour vous, je vous invite à me transmettre à l’avance (idéalement un jour avant) le motif de votre demande, savoir si vous voulez des conseils concernant votre travail personnel, un cours clair sur un chapitre en particulier ou même une séance d’exercices. Ce qui me permettra de vous faire une séance riche et personnalisée, orientée sur d’éventuelles lacunes. N'hésitez pas à m’envoyer vos cours également pour que je vois les thématiques abordées.

Remarques PASS/LAS : Les programmes et les attentes peuvent varier selon les universités et les années et je privilégie l’analyse des QCM que vous avez déjà en expliquant précisément pourquoi une proposition est juste ou fausse afin de développer un véritable raisonnement scientifique. Je m’appuie sur mes cours de l’université mais également sur différents supports de référence comme les livres scolaires, le Netter, les référentiels de médecine, etc.
