Dear parents, I'm a sympathetic, communicative, dynamic and organized person. I have a good connection with children and teenagers. I'm passionate about English language, culture and history. I'd like to share these interests with my pupils. I have 10 years of experience as an English teacher, I give individual lessons and taught in several schools in Brussels. My pedagogical values include kindness, patience, support, and some strictness. I help my students improve their written and oral expression, grammar, vocabulary and spelling. An English lesson consists of different material depending on the pupil's age and level. With little kids aged between 2-6 years old, we can play games, sing songs, draw, colour, learn names of objects, read stories, use flashcards. For a little older kids, aged between 7-10 years old, a good program is based on an interactive method where the child can talk about him/herself, learn some grammar, vocabulary from books specialized in English, do creative activities which can help kids discover the world. For teenagers aged 11+ I can bring my own workbooks for you to choose helpful ideas from. Our course usually consists of doing homework, preparing for tests and exams, developing their capacity to talk about their family, hobbies, interests, school, culture, sports, travelling and the world.
