Since I have 20 years of experience, I would like to describe my pedagogy in education. First of all, I have an ease to pass on my knowledge with passion. I have a clear way and effective to explain the lessons. Second, I create a relationship of trust and sympathy with the students while remaining serious in order to be able to guide and motivate them. Thirdly, I offer them the right score, taking care that it is a seductive and interesting melody. Finally, if the pupil does not succeed in understanding, I find him other exercises, other explanations, other methods of explaining to him. So, for that I am too patient, creative, persevering, organized and serious.
