My classes are aimed at all audiences and at all levels, I adapt to each student according to their requests and needs. They can be done face-to-face or by video-conference, alone or in a group. Yoga is certainly a sport, but it is also a way to calm the mind and the spirit by disciplining it and, in this way, to take control of its emotions. During a session, we work on various physical postures - called asanas - punctuated by breathing --pranayama - which guides us, then at the end a relaxation, a guided meditation, or visualization techniques. All the postures are carried out to the measure of the body, according to the abilities and difficulties of each individual. The notions of pain, comparison or competition are completely excluded from yoga; the essential is the Self: its body, its skills and predispositions, its feelings and feelings. It is a pleasure for me to help people discover their inner self and bring them the calm and serenity of the Spirit.

From Pre-History to Contemporary Art, teaching of artistic trends and pictorial techniques. - The History of the Art Market courses are more intended for people interested in the functioning of cultural structures (museum, fair, gallery, private collections, etc.) and in the economics of the market (auctions , fairs, international markets, ...). - The cultural mediator is responsible for welcoming the public in a cultural structure, his mission is to present artistic works or actions by providing keys to understanding. It awakens the interest of the visitor by creating a dialogue around the artist, his message, the conditions of realization of the work, etc. This requires solid knowledge of Art History, and oral fluency. - The techniques of conservation and restoration of works of art are studied in a few sessions. They require basic knowledge of materials, supports and techniques.
