Hi there, I am a 23 years old French student living in Nice. I’m offering French lessons and help for homework. I lived one year in London and one year in Prague where I studied in English. I gave French lessons to a lot of people in Prague, from 6 years old to 27 years old. I also prepared 3 children of 15 years old to get their « brevet » (French degree). I am a sports coach, holder of the DEUG STAPS (bac + 2). I have been practicing bodybuilding for more than 4 years, street workout for 2 years, running for 6 years, yoga for 2 years. A typical session will always include a warm-up and a return to calm. The heart of the session will depend on your objectives: fitness, weight gain, strength gain, weight loss ... Depending on your objectives, we will do: training circuits, weight training, cardio, flexibility exercises. I offer different formulas. I can coach you: - at home, without specific equipment, - outdoors, in a park or street workout park, - in a Basic fit gym in Nice, - create a training program and train with you once every 2 weeks to check on you, making sure you're doing great the exercises... I will adapt the program, answer any questions you may have.
