De studio is voorzien van de modernste apparatuur op toetsengebied en multimedia.

Input 18 is tevens een opnamestudio die speciaal toegerust is voor het maken van digitale audio-opnames op locatie. De professionele aanpak van Input 18 is uitermate geschikt voor demo- en CD-opnames maar ook voor live-registraties. Een Pro Tools DAW is aanwezig

Op de locatie in Den Haag staan twee vleugels.

Voor kinderen is het belangrijk om naast pianospelen ook basis muzikale vaardigheden te ontwikkelen door middel van zang-, ritme- en gehoortraining. Ik gebruik een technisch oefenboek, het hoofdleerboek en een theorieboek. Door deze 3 boeken leren leerlingen verschillende aspecten van muziek en maken ze zich natuurlijk klaar voor examens en cijfers.

Na het verwerven van de basisvaardigheden bestuderen de studenten ook harmonie- en akkoordoefeningen. Deze zijn handig voor het spelen van pops en jazz, en ze geven ook een dieper inzicht in klassieke stukken.

Privé pianoles, vanaf 4 jaar en ouder. Kinderen kunnen met de les beginnen nadat ze de cijfers 1 tot en met 5 en het alfabet van A tot en met G hebben kunnen lezen.

Gevorderde studenten die zich willen voorbereiden op concoursen, audities, ABRSM, GCSE, IB-examens of het toelatingsexamen van het conservatorium.

Het concert wordt jaarlijks gehouden samen met studenten van fluit-, viool- en compositiedocenten.

Voor de leeftijden 1-7 jaar geef ik groepsritmelessen.

Hi there! My name is Norica. I am a pianist and a piano teacher from Tokyo.

Just quickly to the point: My approach is holistic and systematic. It uses lots of fun exercises and nice educational materials from Japan in addition to the Internationally recognized standard books. (Don't worry, you don't have to understand Japanese!) You learn not only how to play piano but also how music works- music theory.

I know what my students are good at and not so good at right off the bat. That's why I can tailor the lesson plans to their goals and needs.

Also, if you like to take an ABRSM exam, the syllables will be tailored accordingly. So what will be tested on the day of the exam is integrated into the lessons and my class/lesson offers all-round preparation for the exam. I have helped my students pass G1, 3, 5 and 6 with a good score.

Another important aspect of my lesson is to focus on improving cognitive skills - increasing memory, right-hand-left-hand-coordination, sustained attention, nonverbal communication, and a feeling of independence and freedom.

I do so with unique materials from Japan and fun training.

Currently students from 4 to 76 years old are taking my lessons. As an educator, I am committed to the process of learning while making lessons enjoyable and constructive.

With more than 200 students through all my life, more than 500 shows (mostly in Spain but also around Europe and a couple of minitours in America), 15 CD’s/EP/singles published (as a frontman, sideman and producer), a bachelor in jazz-modern music guitar (Taller de Músics - Barcelona), half bachelor in piano jazz (Conservatori del Liceu - Barcelona) and a long professional music career behind me playing a ton of different styles (pop, rock, funk, metal, jazz, folk, rumba, reggae...), I’ve come from Barcelona to Rotterdam to continue my musical journey by doing the latin master at Codarts.

I’ve been working as a music teacher for around 12 years (I’m 29 years old), both doing private lessons and in different music schools, being the most important one the “Escola de Música Creu Alta” in Sabadell (Barcelona), which is one of the biggest music schools in Spain (with more than 900 students), in which I was the Head of the Modern Music Department.

I teach guitar (electric and classical), piano (electric and classical), composition, musical production (with Logic Pro), ensemble and modern music theory AT ALL LEVELS, from 100% beginners to people who want to prepare themselves for the music bachelor. I can adapt totally to what the student wants and is looking for, but also, since I have a lot of experience, I have the lessons well planned, I know which songs and exercises work better depending on the aspect that we want to work (tempo, chords, scales, sound, improvisation...) and when I see someone playing I can see in which aspects is the person strong, and in which aspects has the person more problems, so that way you won’t waste your time! My name is Sakura. I am a baroque violinist, graduated with a master of early music department at Koninglijk Conservatorium in Den Haag. I play the modern violin, viola, medieval fiddle and keyboard instruments as well.
Happy to share the music with you with all of my experiences of my music life and what I learned. Started playing the piano at 3 years old and the violin at 7 years old, then went to the music high school and Tokyo university of the Art in Japan. In mijn lessen staat plezier in muziek maken altijd centraal. Ik geloof dat je het meest leert wanneer je je veilig, gezien en vrij voelt om te experimenteren. Daarom werk ik met een persoonlijke en positieve aanpak, waarbij elke leerling zijn of haar eigen tempo en muzikale interesses mag volgen.

Een typische les begint met een korte warming-up of technische oefening, afgestemd op het instrument of de stem. Daarna werken we aan liedjes, ideeën of projecten die de leerling zelf leuk vindt, zoals het zingen van favoriete songs, het schrijven van eigen muziek of het produceren van een track. Techniek, muzikaliteit en creativiteit lopen hierbij altijd door elkaar heen. Theorie leg ik op een praktische en begrijpelijke manier uit, zodat je die meteen kunt toepassen in je eigen muziek.

Mijn achtergrond als conservatoriumopgeleide vocalist, songwriter en producer zorgt ervoor dat ik verschillende disciplines kan combineren. Ik help leerlingen niet alleen met zang- of instrumenttechniek, maar ook met expressie, zelfvertrouwen, songwriting en het ontwikkelen van een eigen stijl. Fouten maken mag en hoort erbij: juist daar ontstaan vaak de mooiste ideeën.
