I guide those who like me have encountered hardships and seek to get up, and especially to live a life aligned with the essential in itself.
I hit several invisible walls in my life. But a deep and inexplicable voice led me to persevere and dig in order to live my life to the full.
I started at the age of 19 in innumerable workshops around body awareness and individual growth, before forming (in Quebec for 11 years) in Traditional Chinese and Japanese Medicine, and among those that I admire: Jean-Jacques Crèvecoeur and Alexandre Nadeau in particular. I then developed my own approach to holistic health and coaching.
In reality, it was first as a professional artist that I contacted the wonderful and mysterious power of life. This career made of amazing projects, also brought me the generosity of sharing that always animates me.
It took me to look for new tools, but also courage, will and perseverance to transform me, reinvent my life, and go through so many experiences.

MeganMindfulness trainer for children, adolescents and parents
My name is Megan, I am a 25 year old mindfulness trainer for children, adolescents, and caregivers, in the Eline Snel method. The goal is for people to take a moment in their day that is just for themselves, to take some time to listen to their bodies, thoughts and emotions. By proposing mindfulness sessions through Skype I hope to be able to reach out to as many people as possible, and to make it accessible to those who might not have the means or the time to go to a class. I am very patient and will adapt to the needs and expectations of each person. Previous knowledge of the practice is not necessary, this is just about taking some time for yourself.
